I’ve used it for 3 months so far. I can say it has taken me out of an emotional hell. I use it for about 40 minutes in the morning and sometimes during the day. My partner says I’m a different person. I actually sing to myself some times. It a lot like meditation but with direct feedback to tell you when you’re breathing correctly. I like the science aspect of it, i.e., that it’s measuring something real. It’s profoundly grateful to the inventors of this.
