OH gosh, for all it’s worth …i should go stuff a moth ball in my god damn mouth … cant believe how they make a small car feels like a medium saloon. It actually feels better and way more fun tackling the road with this little guy than my main car , a BM E60. REally handling is exceptional for a small car. But off course there are things so obscurely left out that i don[t get what Proton is thinking .. no rear electric windows , non adjustable steering position .. china cheap “interiors” … but spend a great deal of moneys in their Godzilla Ads (sigh the brocures omg epscially). It’s not gonna be “my first Lotus” … but surely a good subtitute for “my first Mini Cooper S Copy cat” ..without all those BHP of course LOL.

ultimately ,I have to say if you guys have a dilema on choosing savvy or myVI .. go test drive both car . You what you need and actually wants. and ultimately weights their trade-off. Goodluck

I’m using savvy for almost a year, also driving BMW E36….guess what? handling wise, savvy compared wth BMW…what a feeling during cornering! same feeling maaa!
Do you get the same feeling while driving a Myvi? i guess not eh?
Imagine a 1.2litre car which can reach a top speed of 170kmh on stock standard!!!! What about Myvi? i guess 150kmh if fully modified also cannot eh?
Malaysia book of record in most petrol saving car….by normal ride brother, not like the vios…have to shutdown aircond while cruising…anybody read the toyota & shell test with a stupid celebrities getting oven cooked in the car? I guess renault engine builts better than the Japs…whom once had invaded our country not long ago eh?
Moral of the story…savvy is BETTER than Myvito (is that a biskut or malaysian merc’s vito wannabe) BETTER in every single way bro…fuel consump…handling, confort, etc…etc. For the record, my savvy have not let me down yet interms of parts and equipments! Thanx to german TUV inspection…BMW also have TUV inspect maaa
So, go bang your head to all Myvi owners & lovers for your wrong choice made!
As for the sales of savvy which is far behind Myvi….malaysian tak tahu to use advance technologies la brother! All they care is about looks!!! so tipical laaaa….sceptic some more!

Saya dah bawak keta Savvy ni, setakat ni semua ok. Yg paling best jimat minyak..pasal sound system Clarion tu memang ada class. Dah 1 tahun lebih pakai..tak de complain. Cuma x best bila service kena fork out duti lebih skit..itupun sebab maintenance taip 10000 km. Handling memang best..speeding memang x dinafikan memang aku pernah tekan floor sampai 170 km/j. Well done proton!

Strange that many here have slated the savvy as i have been in the new car market for a while the car has excellent ride handling and drive. Of course its not going to match cars that are more expensive but it is a good round car for the cost concious purchaser. I have driven many cars and it feels solid gives a reasonable fuel consumption and has added extra such as air con alloys. A great little car that should not be slated well done proton / lotus.

Each of us has our own point of view. For me, i trully believe in the Savvy. Its a great car. I know for the most of us we worry of the renault engine and proton problems with quality. Well i am proud to say until today which is going to be a year since i have had the savvy i have zero problems.Considering the fact thats its was approved buy TUV, a highly respected quality control which has been in this world for years.

One big mistake people make is tiara. Tiara was running on Citroen and not Renault. Please check your facts and its not fair to equate that to today’s savvy. Proton waja had problems with the renault last time, because of the engeneering aspect. In france, you harldy have floods so the computer chips boxs were located below part of the engine. They did not change the position when they brought it for proton.

Thats both renault’s and proton;s fault. I agree. Now they have fixed it, so dont simply say. Ride and handling of the savvy is trully better compared to Myvi. One more fact, the renault engine which savvy is using now was highly prasied in europe for its very fuel effiecient.

Of course, its slightly noisy when you accelarate hard but its not bad for a 1.2. The external, i am not judging cause everyone has thier own taste. For me once again i prefer the savvy bold and cool look. The body itslef is really strong with 17000N/mm thats really strong. The myvi is no where there.

Well in the end of the day guys, the choice is up to you. What you choose it all up to you. This is a free world so enjoy it to the fullest. Both cars have thier plus points and of course thier drawbacks. It all depends on you.Thank you
