How do u judge safety? The very fact that you have sent a reply after your crash involving your WAJA…simply means that your WAJA has saved your ungratefull life. You should have just died in the crash to prove that WAJA is not safe…its not too late, you can still commit suicide. I’m waiting for your orbituary in the paper…go on, what are you waiting for?

Some people just don’t understand what safety really means. Now most new-age cars have “crash-zones” in which part of the car crumple to absorb as much impact as possible to minimize passenger injury. But for a volvo, its a different story…they believe in rock solid body panels to achieve safety. But in engineering wise this technique is considered primitive engineering as rock solid body panels weigh more. To move a heavier metal, obviously more fuel is needed!!

I’m kinda sceptical whether 122s still has spare parts around…if they do, maybe double that of a WAJA’s.

Does anybody know that most car manufacturers now moves their production/part of their production to China? It’s a lot cheaper there but our poor PROTON had to keep it’s manufacturing plants here…why? To keep you and your neighbours employed…so u and your kids don’t go dig the dumbsters for food…it’s like a food chain, you move one company out of the country…other company will lack a client, and PROTON plays a rather huge role in this chain. I’ll give a simple illustration:

Rubber tappers –> Logistics –> Pre-processed latex –> Logistics –> Fully-processed rubber door seals –> Logistics –>PROTON.

If PROTON don’t buy Malaysian rubber products, 6 others in the chain will suffer the consequences. That’s just rubber, what about metal, glass, plastics, fabrics?

Wanna blame someone, don’t shoot at the people in proton, building a car is probably 100 times more difficult than building a house. Its 2nd most complex engineering after aerospace industry…I myself study engineering, so i know.

And btw, Perodua’s share is mostly in Daihatsu’s hand…its just a business tactic used by the Japs to cheat our stupid people by thinking that its a local car. So as it is with Naza. Yeah I know, its globalisation era…so what? If u can’t support your national car…why the hell u live here?

And for those who keep on attacking proton so much, lets just say proton survives for the next 100 years, what constructive feedbacks can you give to make them a better manufacturer.

Do things better than others or Do things differently.
