John Haller, the person behind the popular Portable Firefox, a modified piece of Firefox which lets you store the program and user files on a thumbdrive without having to install the software has released the first public release of Popular Gaim, which is based on Gaim 1.5.
Likewise, you can now fire up the popular Gaim and connect to AIM, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ and MSN IM networks without having to install the software.
