It’s final. Yeap, the long awaited new operating system from Microsoft popularly known as Longhorn has been given an official name - Vista. It’s scheduled to launch in the second half of 2006, five years after Windows XP. With our without further delays, it is already the longest time lag between releases of its Windows operating system.
