While their adverts still say “Dell recommends Windows XP Professional”, Dell has recently announced the availability of Latitude 110L which comes preloaded with Mandriva Linux.
The use of Mandriva Linux Limited Edition 2005 also marks another first - the first Linux release from Mandriva since he company changed its name from Mandrakesoft.
